Independent Living Ireland

Our social mission is primarily funded through the revenue generated by our trading subsidiary Independent Living Ireland which provides a wide range of assistive technologies to support the elderly, disabled or those with long term conditions. These products assist those in need to live safely in their homes by reducing the risks, improving security and promoting health and wellbeing.

Our systems also extend to care organisations, carers in the home and family members. Ranging from large nursecall systems for hospitals and nursing homes to communication tools allowing family members to keep in contact with their loved ones.

Profits generated from the sales of our products and services are redistributed through Amicitia’s community development platform. This helps to create a sustainable economic system, support the most disadvantaged members of society and regenerate rural towns and villages.
